We love this place. The meats they offer are excellent, and we have always had success with the dinners we've served using their meats. Also, what is quite helpful is their knowledgeable staff, and their willingness to help. We love their bacon, too.
Amazing. My decades of allegiance to the butcher in the Pike Place Market has now changed to Bob's. The people running the shop are so nice and helpful, and the variety of products offered is absolutely amazing--plus it is more convenient than Pike Place. I am so happy a friend recommended Bob's.
I dont eat much red meat, but when i do i make the drive here to buy it. Most of their beef is dry aged and prime and while the prices are creeping up they are still very reasonable. Last visit i scored an exceptionally marbled tri-tip. They have hanger steaks if you ask. Their 'texas' sausages are my favorite flavor. Main thing: the meat here doesnt make me feel sick like the stuff from costco or the grocery store.
This is my place for all things animal!!!! I've been coming to Bobs for over a decade and they do butchery right. A few things that are staples for my carnivorous household are the kalbi spare ribs, NY Strip, and Boudin! Over the last year we've been recommended to try the Vietnamese Pork and Lemongrass Chicken and they're now some of our go to cuts when making fresh rolls or Bahn Mi Sammie's! The counter staff here is very helpful and I would recommend calling ahead for larger orders.
This place is incredible. Wide selection of high quality meats that are way better than any grocery store can provide. The staff are all incredibly friendly and I always look forward to going here. Super reasonable prices too. I always end up getting more than what I came for lol.

I think it's best to note that this is a local/neighborhood butcher, so don't expect the exact items you find at a chain grocery store.

This place is a great butcher with a lot of variety. I've been there for skin on pork belly, dry aged bone in and boneless ribeye. It was all delicious and the marbeling on the steak was so good! We'll definitely be back to try more things. The owner is very nice and always patient and helpful.
